Walk and Talk event
Join us for a walk and talk event taking place on Wednesday 16th November, starting at 11am from the archway entrance to the Red Jet foot passenger terminal in West Cowes.

This is a leisurely seafront walk to the Holmwood Hotel with the chance to meet some of the group members and to chat about your personal experience of living with diabetes.

45 min walk – not fast-paced
Join the Group for some fresh air and friendly company along the way, enjoy a hot or cold drink at the end. The walk is expected to last around 45 minutes, so will not be fast-paced.
