We will be hosting a free live talk on exercise for people with diabetes with guest speaker Andrew Savage.
Andrew regularly give talks on exercise and ways to keep active to Cancer Support Groups and the Respiratory Support Group.
He was also a regular speaker at the Expert Patient Program by the Diabetic Department at St Mary’s Hospital.

For over 10 years he has been a Level 4 Respiratory Exercise Specialist and also a Level 4 Cancer Rehabilitation Exercise
Specialist and holds weekly Keep Active classes at various island locations plus a weekly class for the Parkinsons Group.

The talk will be held on the 11th November 2021 at St John’s church Newport, in the main church hall .
The talk will start at 7pm prompt until 8:00pm.
Limited parking on site. Paid roadside parking available.
Teas and coffees available on arrival.
